Cultural Leonesa signs winger Dani Queipo

Cultural Leonesa has officially signed winger Dani Queipo from Sporting de Gijón. The 24-year-old Asturian player has committed to a contract consisting of one guaranteed year plus an optional additional year.

Despite interest from clubs abroad, Queipo chose the León-based project. The club made a significant economic effort to secure the signing, viewing him as a star addition to their squad for the Primera Federación season. Queipo, a right-footed player who typically operates on the left flank, is noted for his mobility, intensity, and ball striking.

Queipo brings extensive experience from Sporting de Gijón, where he appeared in over 100 matches in the second division across four seasons. He is expected to integrate into the team ahead of the season start in late August.
