Cultural music performances draw crowds in Ischia and Pescara
Various musical and theatrical performances have recently taken place across Italy, drawing significant audience engagement.
In Ischia, the show ‘Note di Incanto Napoletano’, conceived by director Bruno Garofalo, was performed at the Leonardo Carriero Auditorium in Lacco Ameno. The production combined traditional Neapolitan classical song with modern stage technology, featuring a cast that included Marisa Laurito, Alessandra Calabrese, and several vocalists and musicians. Following the performance, Giancarlo Carriero announced plans to develop a project for hosting shows at the auditorium during the winter season.
In Pescara, musician Alessandro Quarta concluded the Pescara Liberty Festival with a concert in Piazza Sacro Cuore. Performing ‘Estatica bellezza dell’amore’ alongside Giuseppe Magagnino and the Solisti Filarmonici Italiani, Quarta’s set included works by Vivaldi and Piazzolla. The event, which saw a sold-out crowd and a standing ovation, included personal reflections from Quarta regarding his health and the importance of art and beauty in urban environments.
