Cultural events scheduled in Curitiba and Porto Alegre

The musical “Marrom, o Musical”, directed by Miguel Falabella, is set to perform at the Ópera de Arame in Curitiba this weekend, on October 31 and November 1. The production celebrates the 50-year career of singer Alcione, incorporating elements of Maranhão culture and the Bumba Meu Boi tradition. The show features 24 actors and over 300 costumes, contributing to the local creative economy.

In Porto Alegre, comedian Diogo Almeida will perform his special “Mês dos Professores 2026” at the Auditório Araújo Vianna. While the early session is sold out, a second session is scheduled for 10:00 PM. The comedy routine focuses on the daily experiences and challenges of the education profession and school life.
