Cultural performances scheduled in Spain

Various cultural events are scheduled in Spain, featuring musical, poetic, and dance performances.

At Universitat Jaume I, composer Elies Monxolí will present ‘Univers Kavafis’, a musical project based on the works of Greek poet Konstantinos Kavafis. The performance includes piano, violin, cello, and horn, and is accompanied by a book-disc publication. Additionally, the program features ‘Baunsbak’, a physical piece by Elvi Balboa exploring energy and recovery through movement with jumping boots, and ‘Wanting’ by La Ferroviaria, which addresses sexuality and identity through dance.

In Banyoles, musician Eduard Canimas is returning to the stage after a ten-year hiatus. On October 18, he will perform his new work, ‘La còsmica del caos’, at the Auditori l'Ateneu. The project consists of a book, a disc with twelve new songs, and a live poetic and musical spectacle designed to connect with the audience through music and words.
