Cultural programs and seasonal events continue across various French regions

Various cultural initiatives are concluding or extending their summer programming across different French regions.

In Saulxures-sur-Moselotte, the Musée du Bois has seen high attendance during the summer months. To manage the influx of tourists and locals interested in woodworking traditions, four seasonal workers were hired to support the volunteer team throughout July and August. Outside of the summer season, the museum relies on volunteers from the Association du Patrimoine de Saulxures-sur-Moselotte to remain open on Wednesdays and Fridays.

In Val-d’Ajol, the Micro-Folie cultural installation, housed in a red container, will continue its sessions throughout September. Following a successful summer with an average of 40 participants per session, the September schedule includes workshops on world exploration, board game history, superheroes, a cappella singing, and podcast creation. The program will move to Saint-Étienne-lès-Remiremont in October.

In Saint-Martin, the ‘Août au ciné’ program is hosting its final outdoor film screenings. These free events include screenings of ‘A Minecraft Movie’ at the Thelbert Carti stadium parking lot and ‘Snow White’ in Marigot, the latter offering a drive-in option for spectators.
