Cultural workshops announced in Larissa and Athens

Various cultural and personal development workshops are being organized in Greece. In Larissa, the group ‘Theatro ton Odiporon/Skini Parastatikon Technon’ is launching an adult dance workshop at the Mylon tou Pappa. Led by choreographer Zoë Tziotzi, the program focuses on free creative dance for all ages and skill levels, with a monthly fee set at 20 euros.

In Athens, Ostelios Kalathas is hosting an introductory session for his ‘Emotional Dialectic’ method at the +AISThima Multipurpose Center in Monastiraki. This method, which recently received an award in Toronto, Canada, uses acting, improvisation, and theatrical exercises to facilitate personal growth, emotional management, and improved communication. The sessions are available both in person and via Zoom.
