Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa presents new signings Hugo García and Alex Cardero

Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa has officially presented its two newest signings, Hugo García and Alex Cardero. Both players join the club on loan to compete in the Primera RFEF.

Hugo García arrives on loan from SD Eibar. An attacking player capable of playing across various offensive positions, García expressed his enthusiasm for the move, noting that the club’s sense of closeness and the confidence shown by sporting director Asier Goiria were key factors in his decision.

Alex Cardero joins the club on loan from Real Oviedo. A midfielder with experience in both Spanish and international leagues, Cardero emphasized his commitment to the club’s history and its project. While he is currently managing minor ankle discomfort and is expected to miss an upcoming friendly against Atlético Astorga, he aims to be fully fit for the following week.
