Cumberland Falls State Park to host Art in the Park event
Cumberland Falls State Park will host the Art in the Park event on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Organized by Kentucky State Parks in partnership with the Kentucky Arts Council, the family-friendly event aims to support regional artists and expand access to cultural programming in southeastern Kentucky.
The event will showcase various handcrafted works, including paintings, textiles, jewelry, and pottery. Scheduled live performances include a Chinese dance by Cheryl Pan at 11 a.m., storytelling by Bob Martin at 2 p.m., and live music from the Acoustic Breakaways from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission to the event is free with regular park access.
