Cundinamarca Half Marathon 2026 registration opens

Governor Jorge Emilio Rey has officially opened registration for the 2026 Cundinamarca Half Marathon, scheduled for November 21 and 22 in Anapoima. The event is noted as the only half marathon driven by a government entity, aimed at promoting the regional brand ‘Cundinamarca, la Leyenda del Dorado Vive’.

Registration is available for a flat fee of $80,000 COP across four distances: a 3K Canicross, a 5K for children and adults, a 10K, and a 21K elite race. A portion of the proceeds, specifically 30% of registrations, will be allocated to victims of the August 10 earthquake. The competition features a prize pool of $102 million COP and will include prominent athletes such as David Gómez González and Dylan Carrasco.
