Pisa to implement traffic restrictions for television filming

Pisa will implement temporary traffic and parking restrictions on September 27 and 28 to accommodate the filming of the television program ‘Let’s Play Ball’. The show is produced by Banijay Italia for Amazon Prime with support from the Toscana Film Commission.

On Sunday, September 27, parking prohibitions will affect the first six spaces on Lungarno Simonelli (Arno side) from 11:00 to 18:00. On Monday, September 28, restrictions will expand to include 13 spaces on Lungarno Simonelli from 07:00 to 13:00, as well as specific areas in Piazza Mazzini, Lungarno Guadalongo, and Lungarno Fibonacci.

Traffic closures are scheduled for Monday between 09:00 and 18:00 to allow participants to move along a route starting from the Arsenali della Repubblica and the Anfiteatro del Parco della Cittadella, passing through various city squares and landmarks before reaching Giardino Scotto.
