Cunha, São Paulo Hosts Free XXIII Dairy Tournament with Shows and Agricultural Exhibits

The XXIII Dairy Tournament took place in Cunha, São Paulo, from 6 to 9 August at the Recinto de Exposições Chico do Lau. Admission was free for all days, drawing rural producers, residents and tourists to celebrate the region’s agricultural heritage.

The program combined a milking competition and official awards on Saturday evening with other agribusiness activities, including a second March competition and the traditional Poeirão de Cunha. Visitors could also view animal and machinery exhibitions.

Evening entertainment featured regional music: Fabio Satim performed on Friday night, the group Os Faceiros on Saturday, and the duo Julio and Juliano closed the event on Sunday. The fair was supported by partners such as Serramar Laticínios, Serramar Agro, the local rural union and the municipal government.
