Curia expands Albuquerque manufacturing facility with $200 million investment

Curia Global, Inc. has announced the grand opening of its expanded manufacturing campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The $200 million investment added 70,000 square feet to the facility, bringing its total manufacturing footprint to 200,000 square feet.

The expanded site specializes in aseptic fill-finish and lyophilization services, utilizing automated visual inspection and packaging technologies. New capabilities include a VarioSys flexible filling line for syringes, cartridges, and vials, as well as a high-speed vial line capable of handling 1,000 L batch sizes at speeds of up to 400 vials per minute.

To support these operations, the facility features Sterile University, a specialized training program for sterile manufacturing. The expansion was attended by officials including John Knox of the ASPR, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, and Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller.
