Curitiba dining scene expands with new brunch and dinner services

Curitiba's culinary scene is expanding with new offerings at two local establishments. Zefy Diner, located in Batel, is launching ‘Weekends in New York’, a brunch menu inspired by New York City. Starting August 29 and 30 with a limited soft opening, the menu features items such as bagels, pancakes, pastrami melts, and cinnamon rolls, alongside brunch cocktails like Mimosas and Bloody Marys. The service will be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Additionally, Bistrô Zuckêr, situated within the historic Hotel Johnscher in the city center, has expanded its operations to include dinner service. The restaurant, housed in a building dating back to 1917, offers an à la carte menu featuring contemporary dishes such as Mignon medallions with Port wine sauce and Tilapia à Meunière. The expansion aims to utilize the hotel's historic atmosphere for evening dining, social gatherings, and special occasions.
