Curitiba expands public services with new appointments and training
The Curitiba City Hall is expanding its public service workforce through new appointments and specialized training programs. The Secretariat of Personnel Management recently appointed 16 psychologists following a 2022 public examination. These professionals will be distributed across 13 municipal centers for Specialized Educational Assistance, three special schools, and ten regional education nuclei.
Additionally, the Fundação Estatal de Atenção à Saúde (Feas) has opened an extra class for its elderly care training course due to record demand. Following a selection process with over 200 applicants, the program will offer two shifts—day and night—to accommodate the high interest in professionalizing elderly care services. The training is conducted at the Centro de Capacitação e Desenvolvimento Humano in Pinheirinho.
