The gastronomic landscape in Curitiba, Brazil, continues to evolve with new developments in the local food and beverage sector.

Degusto Café, located in the Batel region on Alameda Dr. Carlos de Carvalho, offers an extensive menu that integrates coffee extraction methods, signature drinks, and confectionery. Established in 2012, the establishment provides various brewing techniques, including French press, Hario V60, Aeropress, and Chemex, utilizing both an exclusive house blend and guest beans.

Additionally, Subway has opened a new unit within Shopping Curitiba. Located in the food court on level L4, the franchise features self-service kiosks to enhance customer convenience. The menu includes the 'Brasilidades' line, featuring local flavors such as Carne Seca with Catupiry, alongside traditional global options.
