Coritiba defender Jacy Maranhão falls into tunnel during goal celebration

During a Brasileirão match between Coritiba and Chapecoense at the Couto Pereira stadium, Coritiba captain and defender Jacy Maranhão was involved in a highly unusual sequence of events. In his excitement, he failed to notice that the access to the visitor's tunnel was open. To add to the misfortune, a VAR review determined that Maranhão was in an offside position during the play, resulting in the goal being disallowed.
