Curocell presents 3-year survival data for CAR-T therapy Limcato
Curocell has announced that its chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, Limcato (anbalcabtagene autoleucel), has been selected for a poster presentation at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) 2026 annual meeting in New Orleans.
The study presents long-term follow-up data for patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Among 73 evaluable patients, the overall response rate was 75.3% and the complete remission rate was 67.1%. The 3-year overall survival rate for the total group was 53.5%, while the progression-free survival rate was 29.8%.
Notably, the long-term responder group, consisting of 32 patients who maintained complete remission for at least 6 months after treatment, showed a 3-year overall survival rate of 81.6% and a progression-free survival rate of 63.0%.
Safety monitoring during the follow-up period revealed no new safety concerns. Grade 3 or higher cytopenia occurred in 38.0% of patients three months after administration, and infections remained within manageable limits. Curocell plans to proceed with the domestic launch of the treatment in South Korea within the year.
