Curtis Stone to open first Australian restaurant in Sydney

Celebrity chef and cookbook author Curtis Stone is preparing to open his first Australian restaurant at Sydney’s Circular Quay in 2027, coinciding with the opening of the country’s first Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Stone, who resides in Los Angeles with his wife, actor Lindsay Price, maintains a frequent presence in Australia. During his recent visit, he fulfilled his role as a food advisor for Coles supermarkets by meeting with turmeric and ginger farmers in Queensland. He also participated in a sourdough masterclass with chef Alla Wolf-Tasker in Daylesford.
