Cus Catania athletes compete in National Young Canoeing Meeting

Athletes from the Cus Catania canoe section participated in the National Meeting of Young Canoeing held at Lake Caldonazzo in Trentino on September 5 and 6, 2026. The event featured competitors from across Italy participating in various disciplines under the Fick federal program.

Notable performances included Giorgio Di Mauro, who placed first in the K1 200 meters (Cadetti B) and third in the K4 200 meters Open mixed crew. Mattia Basile secured second place in the K1 200 meters (Cadetti A), while Livio Bennardo finished second in the K1 4.20 200 meters (Allievi B).
