Cushman & Wakefield has received several honors at the 2026 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) China Awards. The global real estate services firm earned multiple distinctions across various service lines for its performance in the Greater China region.

Key winning categories included Professional Consultancy Service Team of the Year for its Valuation & Advisory Services, Industrial Real Estate Project of the Year, and Best Real Estate Financing Innovation Achievement of the Year for the CR Consumption REIT. Shaun Brodie was named Property Professional of the Year.
