The document in question pertains to a municipal council resolution from September 18, 2026, regarding the assignment of urban hygiene services. While the administration clarified that the report is intended to evaluate service quality and decide between a new tender or a contract extension, it emphasized the need to protect administrative actions through legal means.

Officials stated that there is no “earthquake” or internal upheaval within the entity, asserting that the goal is to maintain transparency and teamwork while respecting rules and employee merits.
