Cutter Boley sets Arizona State record in debut win over Morgan State

Arizona State quarterback Cutter Boley set a school record for passing yards in a debut during a 70-7 victory over Morgan State in Tempe, Arizona. Boley, a junior transfer from Kentucky, threw for 387 yards and six touchdowns.

The game was so lopsided that officials and teams agreed to shorten the fourth quarter to 10 minutes. Boley completed 21 of 27 passes before being pulled early in the third quarter. Other notable performances for the Sun Devils included Reed Harris, who recorded 137 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and Grayson Rigdon, who added 110 receiving yards and two scores.
