Cuza Vodă receives 20 new ANL housing units for young residents

Twenty new housing units have been completed in Cuza Vodă, Galați County, through the National Housing Agency (ANL) program. The investment, totaling approximately 6 million lei including VAT, consists of nine studios and 11 two-room apartments located in a building with a ground floor and two upper floors.

These new units bring the total number of ANL housing units in Galați County to over 1,000. The majority of these residences are located in Galați municipality, with additional units in Tecuci, Târgu Bujor, and Slobozia Conachi. The program targets young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who meet specific legal criteria. While intended for initial rental, tenants may have the option to purchase the units after at least one year of residency through various payment methods, including monthly installments or mortgages.
