CV9035 MkIV infantry fighting vehicles pass mobility tests for Slovakia
The CV9035 MkIV tracked infantry fighting vehicles, manufactured by BAE Systems Hägglunds in collaboration with the Slovak defense industry, have successfully completed rigorous mobility testing in Sweden. During the trials at a Swedish testing ground, the vehicles demonstrated their ability to navigate difficult terrain, including steep slopes, wide trenches, and high vertical obstacles.
Representatives from the Slovak Armed Forces participated in the testing, evaluating the vehicles' handling at high speeds and their modern digital interfaces and ergonomic controls. The next phase of the modernization program for the Slovak ground forces will involve complex shooting tests to verify the accuracy and reliability of the weapon systems, including cannon stabilization and integrated fire control.
