CVK Madencilik and Osmanlı Yatırım announce capital developments

CVK Madencilik has announced plans for its subsidiary, Hayri Ögelman Madencilik, to undergo a public offering. Following a board meeting on October 9, 2026, the company decided to increase its paid-in capital from 1 billion TL to 1.25 billion TL, within a registered capital ceiling of 15 billion TL. This increase will be achieved through the issuance of 250 million TL in new shares, each with a nominal value of 1 TL.

Separately, Osmanlı Varlık Kiralama, a subsidiary of Osmanlı Yatırım, has completed its capital increase. The company's paid-in capital rose from 1 million TL to 3.5 million TL, with the increase funded through the offsetting of capital advances previously provided by its parent company, Osmanlı Yatırım. The transaction was officially registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry on October 12, 2026.
