CVV seeks new volunteers for free training in Cuiabá

The Centro de Valorização da Vida (CVV) is launching a new selection and training process for volunteers in Cuiabá to increase its service capacity. The free 12-week training program is designed to prepare candidates to provide emotional support via telephone (188), chat, email, or in person.

Interested applicants must be at least 18 years old, have availability for weekly shifts, and be willing to provide confidential emotional support. No specific professional training is required, as the organization provides emotional assistance rather than psychological or psychiatric treatment. The virtual meetings are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 9, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
