Cyan Modern Kitchen launches Weekend Buffet Collection in Manila

Cyan Modern Kitchen at Lanson Place Mall of Asia has introduced the Weekend Buffet Collection, a series of themed dining experiences running on alternating weekends from 24 July to 13 December 2026. The program offers a different menu each day: “Let’s Meat Friday” features premium cuts and a carving station, “The Grand Cyan Buffet” on Saturdays provides a lavish spread of grilled seafood, lobster, crabs, premium meats and live cooking stations, and “Family Table Sundays” delivers hearty shared dishes and an extensive dessert selection. All meals overlook Manila Bay. Executive Chef Kristine Oro said diners now seek memorable experiences that bring people together.
