Cyber Vatan 2027 program opens applications for cybersecurity and AI training
Applications have opened for the 2027 period of the Cyber Vatan Program, an initiative designed to strengthen Turkey’s qualified human resources in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. The program is a collaboration between the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Presidency of Defense Industries, coordinated by the General Directorate of Development Agencies.
For the 2027 term, the curriculum has been expanded to include artificial intelligence applications alongside cybersecurity training. The program is available to university students across all 81 provinces of Turkey. In the Bursa, Eskişehir, and Bilecik regions, students can participate through the Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA).
The training model consists of approximately three months of online education and practical application without a preliminary elimination exam. Students who succeed in the online phase will qualify for in-person technical training, which includes topics such as cybersecurity penetration testing. The deadline for applications is October 30, 2026, via the official program website.
