Cyberabad police announce traffic diversions for Tellapur drain works

The Cyberabad police have announced traffic diversions on the Nallagandla-Tellapur road to facilitate stormwater drain repair work. The project involves laying an RCC stormwater pipeline between SBI Bank and MM Wine Mart to mitigate waterlogging issues at the SBI Tellapur junction during heavy rains.

Starting August 22, one side of the road near SBI Tellapur will be completely closed for approximately 24 to 25 days. Traffic between the SBI Tellapur U-turn and the MM Wines U-turn will be regulated on the opposite side of the road for a stretch of about 300 metres.

Commuters are advised to use alternative routes to avoid potential congestion. Suggested diversions include using Neo Mall for travel towards Kollur and Osman Nagar, or routes via Saibaba Temple and the Railway Under Bridge for those heading towards RC Puram. Travelers from Kollur and Osman Nagar heading to Gachibowli may also use routes through Gopanpally Junction and Wipro Circle.
