Cyberagentur joins Deutschland sicher im Netz e. V

The Agency for Innovation in Cybersecurity (Cyberagentur) has joined Deutschland sicher im Netz e. V. (DsiN), an association dedicated to cybersecurity and digital competence since 2006. Operating under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, DsiN works to connect civil society, business, and politics to help citizens use digital services safely and autonomously.

The partnership aims to combine long-term cybersecurity research with digital education and networking. By joining the network, Cyberagentur intends to contribute its expertise in new technologies and emerging cyber threats to social and political discourse. Key focus areas for 2026 include digital identities, artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty, and disinformation.

Isabelle Rosière, Managing Director of DsiN, stated that the agency provides a strong partner capable of anticipating future technologies and threats. Research Director Prof. Dr. Christian Hummert emphasized that cybersecurity requires networking and early identification of new risks to ensure the internet remains secure despite technological advancements.
