CyberMP project shows progress on Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer mod

The community-led project CyberMP has released new footage demonstrating progress on its ambitious multiplayer mod for Cyberpunk 2077. The footage comes from a recent second semi-open test, showing multiple players navigating Night City simultaneously.

Because Cyberpunk 2077 was originally designed as a single-player experience, the CyberMP team is working to build complex infrastructure from the ground up. This includes character and vehicle synchronization, server infrastructure, and multiplayer interactions to transform the existing world into a shared space.
