Cyberport hosts Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2026

The Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2026 (DELF 2026), organized by Cyberport, concluded its three-day event in Hong Kong. The forum, themed ‘The Dreamatic Circus’, attracted over 4,000 participants and focused on the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), immersive technologies, and the IP economy within the cultural and creative industries.

The event featured over 35 technology showcases and 27 workshops across four zones: Digital Entertainment, Culture and Arts, Smart Living and Business, and Robotics and Drones. Key activities included AI game creation workshops, art-tech concerts, and accessible esports experiences. The forum also highlighted the potential of AI in content creation, film, and animation.

Beyond digital entertainment, the event showcased advancements in the low-altitude economy through an eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircraft test flight demonstration at Cyberport Waterfront Park. Additionally, Cyberport signed Memorandums of Understanding with Alibaba Cloud, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and Hong Kong Shue Yan University to foster collaboration in AI applications, startup cultivation, and talent development.
