Cyclades municipalities receive 932,900 euros for social care

The Greek Ministry of Interior has approved the allocation of 932,900 euros to 13 municipalities in the Cyclades. The funding is designated for the ‘Help at Home’ social program.

The program aims to provide care, social support, and psychological assistance to elderly citizens, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable families within the island regions. Katerina Monogyiou, a New Democracy MP for the Cyclades, stated that the funding supports social cohesion and ensures quality of life for island residents by strengthening local social welfare structures.
