Cycling and motorsport events scheduled for August 30

Various sporting events are scheduled for Sunday, August 30. In Durazno, Uruguay, the National Cycling Championship opening will take place at Parque de la Hispanidad. Organized by the Durazno Cycling Federation and the Cycling School, with support from the Uruguayan Cycling Federation, the event expects approximately 300 cyclists across multiple categories, including Elite, Master, and Cadet. The competition honors Mario Gabino Muñoz and Oscar Chiribao.

In Centenario, Argentina, the Centenario Autodrome will host a Speed Races event. This marks the final daytime competition before the series transitions back to its traditional nighttime format. The event includes both motorcycle and car categories, with activities beginning at 11:00 AM following a 10:00 AM gate opening.
