Cycling events scheduled for Catalonia, Spain

Major cycling events are scheduled to take place in Catalonia, Spain. The fourth edition of the Critèrium de les Borges Blanques – Memorial Sisco Peries will be held on September 7 at Passeig del Terrall. Organized by the Nucli cycling club, the event features a 1.4-kilometer urban circuit. A significant update for this edition is that the women's category will now award points for the Copa Catalana de Fèmines.

Additionally, Girona will host the tenth edition of the Sea Otter Europe festival from September 18 to 20. This international cycling festival is expected to be the largest in its history, featuring over 500 brands and a significant increase in exhibition space. The event includes prestigious competitions such as the 226ERS UCI Gravel World Series and the HERO UCI Cross-country Marathon World Cup, catering to both professional athletes and amateur enthusiasts.
