Cyclist Elena Miglioranza recovers from serious racing accident

Elena Miglioranza, a young cyclist who was seriously injured during a race last August, has made a full recovery. She recently returned to the SUEM emergency medical services facility with her parents to visit the staff who assisted her.

During her visit, she met with Dr. Silvia Orazio, who provided immediate first aid at the scene of the accident despite being off duty at the time. Following recent medical check-ups that yielded highly positive results, Elena is now cleared to return to cycling and potentially resume competitive racing.
