Cygames announces Princess Connect! Re:Dive 8.5th anniversary updates and collaboration

Cygames has announced a major update and campaign for its anime RPG, Princess Connect! Re:Dive, to celebrate its 8.5-year anniversary on August 15. Key highlights include a collaboration with the popular title Uma Musume Pretty Derby, with specific details to be released later.

To mark the milestone, the company is launching several in-game initiatives, including an anniversary gacha with double the appearance rate for 3-star characters and a campaign offering up to 170 free 10-roll gacha pulls. New character content will be introduced, such as Tia in the Princess Fest Prize Gacha starting August 23, and a summer version of Vampy in a pickup gacha on August 15.

Technical updates and gameplay improvements are also scheduled, including the addition of specialized equipment for 10 characters, battle skip functions in the Labyrinth, and new high-difficulty content. Additionally, Cygames announced the online hosting of "PriConne Fest 2027" and a series of pop-up stores across Japan.
