CygamesEdge announces ‘Where the Seeds Fall’ demo and release date

Cygames has announced the release of a playable demo for ‘Where the Seeds Fall’, the debut title from its new brand, CygamesEdge. The demo is currently available on Steam and focuses on the core gameplay mechanics of descending through a world built upon the branches of a massive world tree.

Set in a world ravaged by a blight, the story follows a man who encounters a ‘Fell Child’ as they attempt to descend from the canopy to the surface. The gameplay emphasizes precision movement, requiring players to manage jumps and landings while navigating environmental obstacles like wind and shifting platforms.

The full version of the game is scheduled for release on November 5, 2026, for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2. It is expected to retail for approximately $9.99 USD and will feature a more robust narrative experience compared to the demo.
