Cyphaira Corp. completes rebranding from Growth Stalk Holdings Corp

Growth Stalk Holdings Corp has completed its corporate name change to Cyphaira Corp. As of the market opening on September 10, 2026, common stock began trading on OTC Markets under the new symbol ‘CYPA’. The previous symbol, ‘GSTK’, was used through the close of trading on September 9, 2026.

Cyphaira Corp. is an enterprise decision intelligence company focused on developing vertical software. Its primary product, SolvixLMS, serves as an operating system for regulated manufacturing environments. The company is also in the process of divesting four subsidiaries related to its original cultivation and processing operations in Oklahoma to a newly formed entity.

The name and symbol change does not impact outstanding shares, shareholder rights, or reporting obligations. Brokerage accounts will reflect the updates automatically via FINRA and DTC.
