Cyprus President reports unemployment at 2008 levels

Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides has announced that the country's unemployment rate has fallen to levels seen in 2008. During a meeting with the Executive Committee of the Employer's Association of Cyprus, he noted that recent labor market performance is the best recorded since 1999.

He emphasized the government's commitment to supporting families, increasing disposable income through tax reforms, and implementing a significant pension reform aimed at ensuring both dignified pensions and a sustainable Social Insurance Fund.
