Cyprus promotes food and drink products at SIAL Guangzhou 2026

Cyprus participated in the SIAL Guangzhou 2026 international food and drink exhibition held from September 3 to 5 at the Poly World Trade Centre Expo in Guangzhou, China. The initiative, led by the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Cyprus Trade Centre in Beijing, aimed to strengthen commercial ties with China and increase the international presence of Cypriot businesses.

The Cypriot pavilion showcased various local products, including wine, Commandaria, zivania, and fruit juices. Notably, Cypriot juices were selected for special presentations by the exhibition organizers. The event attracted over 1,500 exhibitors from 50 countries and more than 66,000 professional visitors. Among those visiting the Cypriot pavilion was Thailand’s Deputy Minister for Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
