Cyprus tops rankings for autumn travel in Europe

Cyprus has been identified as the top destination for autumn holidays in Europe, according to an analysis by Solmar Villas. The study, which evaluated 105 destinations based on weather patterns, rainfall probability, and flight affordability for October and November, found that Cyprus holds the top four spots in the rankings.

Ayia Napa ranks first due to its variety of beaches and a quieter atmosphere during the autumn season, averaging only 2.3 rainy days per month between September and November. Limassol follows in second place, noted for its combination of urban life, hiking trails, and yachting culture. Larnaca takes the third position, described as a peaceful port city featuring the palm-lined Finikoudes promenade. Temperatures in these Mediterranean locations typically range between 24°C and 29°C.
