Cyrela launches R$ 1.5 billion luxury project in Porto Feliz

Cyrela Brazil Realty, led by Elie Horn, has announced a R$ 1.5 billion investment in the Heritage Riviera luxury development in Porto Feliz, São Paulo. The project, which is being launched in four phases, will include houses, apartments, and lots with prices ranging from R$ 3.6 million to R$ 8 million.

The development aims to tap into the high-income market near the existing Fazenda Boa Vista community, a luxury enclave managed by JHSF. The Heritage Riviera project will span approximately 400 hectares and features a central lagoon and various leisure facilities. Efraim Horn, co-president of Cyrela, noted that the pursuit of large areas for high-standard allotments has been a long-term goal for the company since 2012.
