Czech culinary highlights: yogurt waffles, apricot desserts and Salieri pizza menu

A new Czech recipe for fluffy yogurt waffles combines Greek yogurt, flour, butter and vanilla, producing a light interior and crisp exterior in about 30 minutes of preparation and cooking.

Another Czech dessert features cold apricot slices made with fresh apricots, sugar, lemon juice, apricot yogurt and whipped cream, set with gelatin and chilled for several hours before serving.

In Ústí nad Orlicí, the Salieri pizzeria offers a wide range of pizzas, from classic Margherita and Hawaiian to specialty options such as Quattro Formaggi, Quattro Salami, Valachi and seafood‑topped varieties, with prices ranging from 159 CZK to 215 CZK.
