Czech Charity Initiatives Support Ukraine

The volunteer centre ADRA in České Budějovice launched a charity sale of hand‑made textile teddy bears, priced at 440 CZK each. All proceeds are directed to the SOS ADRA fund for Ukraine, aimed at providing basic necessities to displaced and evacuated residents.

Charita ČR announced a fundraising drive to renovate a mental‑health centre for children and adolescents in Lviv, western Ukraine. Manager of foreign communications Zuzana Haniková said the project will equip the new centre with modern therapeutic tools, including virtual‑reality technology, and expects nearly 10 million CZK in support over the next 12 months.
