Czech dessert recipes: coffee‑raspberry layered cake and fried ice‑cream

Two Czech dessert recipes were published. The first details a coffee‑flavoured layered cake with raspberry and cottage‑cheese cream, suited for 12 servings and requiring about 120 minutes of preparation and baking. Ingredients include a mix of plain and cake flour, cocoa, instant coffee, eggs, sugar, and fresh or frozen raspberries, with a cream made from soft cheese, gelatin and whipped cream.

The second recipe explains how to make fried ice‑cream. Frozen vanilla ice‑cream balls are coated in a mixture of crushed cornflakes, Bebe cookies, ground walnuts, shredded coconut and sugar, then briefly deep‑fried at 180 °C until golden. The dish is served immediately, often with whipped cream, fruit sauce or jam. Both recipes are presented in Czech and are intended for home cooks looking for distinctive desserts.
