Czech firefighting teams achieve success in regional and world competitions

Czech firefighting teams have achieved significant success in recent competitions. The young firefighters from Bludov secured world championship titles in Šumperk following two years of intensive training. The victory included strong performances in both male and female categories, with the boys narrowly beating Austrian competitors in the relay and the girls excelling in the fire attack discipline.

In the South Moravian region, the women's team from Těchov secured second place at the regional competition in Přísnotice. Despite challenging tropical temperatures, the team achieved their first medal in the competition in over a decade. The Těchov team also won the fire attack discipline, which is considered the premier event in firefighting sports.
