Czech football clubs Slavia and Sparta undergo major player transfers

Several significant player transfers are unfolding within Czech football clubs Slavia Prague and Sparta Prague.

Slavia Prague is seeing departures from its roster. Senegalese defender Youssoupha Mbodji is set to join Belgian club Waregem on a one-year loan. Additionally, Liberian midfielder Oscar is expected to transfer to Al Taawon in Saudi Arabia, a move that could generate over two million euros for Slavia.

Sparta Prague is also undergoing roster changes. Captain Lukáš Haraslín has officially transferred to Al-Fateh SC in Saudi Arabia after a successful tenure that included two league titles. Meanwhile, Veljko Birmančevič is reportedly linked with a move to Vojvodina Novi Sad in Serbia. Sparta has also been involved in negotiations to acquire winger Matěj Jurásek from Norwich on a potential loan deal.
