Czech football: Pardubice defeats Baník Sokolov as Táborsko and Kladno draw

In Czech football league action, Pardubice secured a 4-1 victory against Baník Sokolov during Sokolov's home premiere of the new Maxa league season. Pardubice established an early lead with goals from Daniel Rákos and Tadeáš Kalužík. Although Jan Dalecký scored for Sokolov in the 22nd minute to make it 1-2, Dominik Pavlata extended the lead to 3-1 during a power play late in the second period.
