Czech hockey defender Ondřej Vitásek suspended for cocaine use

Defenceman Ondřej Vitásek was removed from the Czech Extraliga after testing positive for cocaine. The positive test followed a routine anti‑doping control after a match in Pardubice, where his team lost 0‑1 in overtime.

The ban ends his participation in the league and highlights the strict prohibition of illegal substances for professional athletes in the Czech Republic.
